Phantom Video Master is a powerful tool for creating and splitting interlaced video files. Add Phantom Video Master's ActiveX component to your project and allow your end-users to create an AVI file from a series of raster images. They can also reverse the process and create a single frame or a series of frames from an AVI file -- all with only a couple of lines of code in your application.

Phantom Video Master has two basic methods that can be used in your code: CreateVideoFile and CreateImageFiles. These process run asynchronously with your program and notify you when they are completed. This allows your program to continue running uninterrupted while the mathematically intense operation of creating or splitting a video file runs in the background.

Phantom Video Master also comes with supporting routines that allow you to extract the specifications for an AVI file and to enumerate the Video Codecs on your users' system to allow your users the ultimate in flexibility for creating their videos and images. You can expose the configuration of your users' Video Codecs without needing to program specific code for each one, you can also allow your users to expand their collection of video codecs and take advantage of the new options without even recompiling your code.
